Vincent Valdez is unprofessional and yelled at me in front of the manager Mike Moody. When I went in for my appointment, I was asked five times by Vincent Vanldez the person that helped me I told him I front of the manager Mike Moody. Then I stated can we start over with my name? He then put my name into his computer and immediately told me who was helping me and that they no longer work there. I wondered why he repeatedly asked me and then was so easily found out. I informed him that that’s not my problem. I’m here to pay for a service that Is your xxxx who works here. I felt uncomfortable and I said I was going to leave. Then he said, do you want to talk to a manager while about to leave holding the door. I turned around and stated yes. He then walked away yelling this customers is using vulgarities and I won’t work with her. Which seemed very weird since he asked me if I wanna talk to a manager, and I was going to leave, but instead of getting a manager, he went to where the cars are repaired after a long time of waiting in his office, I went to where you pay when you leave and told them what happened and asked for the general manager since the manager didn’t show up. But he was actually standing about 20 feet behind her. immediately he came up and talked to me and invited me to talk to him in his office. as I walk towards his office, Vincent Valdez came out of the repair place yelling at me in front of the manager Mike Moody, Mike Moody did not say a word to him. He allowed him to yell at me, but he did give me $70 off my work for a new key fob at my next appointment and told me that Vincent Valdez would take training classes. He also told me towards the end the conversation that Vincent Valdez said he didn’t get enough sleep the night before didn't I’m not sure how that justifies yelling at a customer and making them feel extremely uncomfortable. going to Chevy Elk Grove will not happen again I will be going somewhere else More
I don’t believe that my brakes were checked properly the service notes the brakes are marked as over 7MM for the front but was measured less on previous maintenance. Which leads me to believe things are not being completed and are rushed on the weekends and causes distrust. And you only have two service advisors on duty leading to wait times defeats the purpose of having an appointment. If you need an example of how things should be done check out Toyota's service center I enjoy going there over Chevy. There services advisers meet you up front as well and upon completion of your vehicle. Chevy on the other hand is a rushed phone call telling me it’s ready and a cashier that is unable to go over the paperwork. More

First time an oil change & tire rotation was completed in under two hours. I actually left the car for the day, (based on past experience) and was pleasantly surprised to get the call. I dropped the car off at 8am, no one in the service entrance but, a very nice man walking through greeted me and then let them know I was there. I think he was a mechanic or eng./maintenance. Donnell was great! This visit was a huge improvement from the past all the way around. I also had a great experience as usual with Max in the parts department. More
