I would like to "Thank" Vincent V. and the Service Staff for working diligently to solve my vehicle problem. It took a couple of appointments to find the issue. But what I really appre and the Service Staff for working diligently to solve my vehicle problem. It took a couple of appointments to find the issue. I’ve always had Bryana King for my Service Rep. She has been consistently awesome, thorough and professional. Bryana scheduled my last service for Thursday April 3.The service we discussed was goin She has been consistently awesome, thorough and professional. Bryana scheduled my last service for Thursday April 3.The service we discussed was going to cost $450. When I arrived Donnell Wiegand informed me that Bryana was off and proceeded to help me. He quoted me $1,500. I told him that this was not what Bryana and I discussed and that I was not prepared to pay this. He adjusted things and said that it was no going to be $450. ( Looking at the invoice, I’m confused about what actual services I paid for. I believe that I should have received a Brake and Coolant Flush but don’t see this on the invoice. I was shuttled to the Casino. Donnell told me that he would call me when my car was done. I never heard from him. After 4 hours I began calling him. I called 8 times and could not get ahold of him. I left messages with no return call. I called sales department and they transferred me to him but he still didn’t answer. I finally asked for Service Manager who transferred me to Donnell. Donnell said “ oh, your cars been ready “ I asked him to send the shuttle to pick me and my Dad up. Horrible experience. Definitely not customer satisfaction focused. I will be calling tomorrow morning to get a breakdown and explanation of what they actually did on my car. More
