I had a disappointing experience with Vincent Valdez and his service manager. Unfortunately, they did not demonstrate effective problem-solving skills and were unhelpful in addressing my concerns. Bryana's service was top notch. Brought my vehicle in for routine check and tire rotation, an issue developed with what turned out to be the communication on the can bus and the cam Brought my vehicle in for routine check and tire rotation, an issue developed with what turned out to be the communication on the can bus and the cameras used for super cruise and adaptive cruise control. She arranged for me a ride home and back while they looked at the issue. It was funny on the way home, I saw what looked like my truck getting on the freeway, and it was my truck, going on a test drive to resolve the issue, that is how fast she got her team on resolving the issue.
