I never have such a worst experience like this in my life. I have Never met a financial assistant this bad before. I bought so many brand new cars from Toyota and Honda. Kassandra lied to me about my years of payments and my warranty. If Maita Chevrolet don’t care about their customers so do I. I’m a person with respect and human being as other. I called Friday before the service department close to find out if they would be able to fix our tire that we felt had nail in it. Nick answer the phone and said they certainly would be able to help us wi find out if they would be able to fix our tire that we felt had nail in it. Nick answer the phone and said they certainly would be able to help us with that. He did tell us it would probably be a long wait on Saturday because there were no appointments available and be best to drop off the truck and they would contact us when it was ready. Instead we dropped off our car Friday night after the service department was closed and use the night drop and by 8 AM someone from the service department called that they had at our truck and they would let us know when it was ready. The service department called when it was ready and let us know how much the charge would be. We have been very pleased with the service department. More
