routine vehicle service takes too long I made an appointment for an oil change, tire rotation, and a recall repair. I was told that everything would take 2-3 hours. It took 6-1/2 hours. It should have been easy to give an accurate time estimate, given that there were no problems that needed to be troubleshooted. Changing oil, changing tires, and a standard minor recall should all have standard, set, time frame allotments. If something is going to take 6-1/2 hours, then JUST LET THE CUSTOMER KNOW so that the customer can accurately plan for, and not have ruined, the day's other activities! More

Routine Service Visit Service Advisor Brian is always fantastic and very helpful and accommodating. The myChevrolet app does not work well, but he found my appointment and Service Advisor Brian is always fantastic and very helpful and accommodating. The myChevrolet app does not work well, but he found my appointment and got everything taken care of, including even washing my car himself because (apparently) there was no one available.. Dealership itself is uneven. The salesperson I worked with (Nate) was fantastic, but the manager who came out to talk about my trade in was so dismissive and insulting, I almost walked away. Several things about the procedures there are not user friendly/self explanatory, but the service was excellent. More

Great Customer Service After a trip to the snow during Thanksgiving and snow chain mishap, I took my car to a brake shop as I was having problem with braking. they diagnos After a trip to the snow during Thanksgiving and snow chain mishap, I took my car to a brake shop as I was having problem with braking. they diagnosed the problem, however told me that because my car was so new that the part was on national backorder. so after 5 weeks of calling for status and no response, I called Tom, the Service Manager. After discussion with him, he located the part needed and assigned Nick to assist me with getting my car in and repaired.. I took my car to Maita on New Year's Eve knowing that the part would take a few days to get here. Nick was fully aware of my circumstances and kept me updated of the status of my car parts and notified me when the parts arrived and the vehicle was repaired. It was great not having to stay on top of service, that I was contacted regardless of the news. Great Customer Service and experience and I will continue to have my car serviced here. More
