OVERALL EXPERIENCE Since I’ve come with my car for recall the experience has been a nightmare. No one there take accountability and definitely are not procustomer. It’s been so bad that if I thought I could purchase a car at another dealership and leave this one there, I would. I haven’t even had it for a year and its the biggest regret. Totally ignored I was ignored when I arrived even though they saw me when they took the person before me. I wasn't even greeted or told we will be with you shortly. I saw at least three employees and was ignored by them all. After I walked outside up and down the doors to make myself visible a service man open his door. I told him I had 12 o'clock appt. and had been waiting for while outside. He then said he was on his lunch break a couple of times and tried to pass me to another person who wasn't available! He looked in the computer and told me I didn't have an appt. What, I had made the appt. that morning and had the confirmation on my phone which I showed him. Overall, I was disappointed of how I was treated as a customer from the beginning! More
