Warranty Problem with my diesel truck, Nick is always great to work with. But Nick was off and no one called me to tell me my truck was ready. I finally called Problem with my diesel truck, Nick is always great to work with. But Nick was off and no one called me to tell me my truck was ready. I finally called and after waiting on hold for along time that I needed to bring my loaner back right away or I would be charged. I said no and was transferred to Brian who said they could get it extended. I had to adjust things and was able to bring it back to get my truck without having to get an extension. When I arrived paperwork was not showing that it was covered under warranty, had to wait for it to be corrected. In the end everything worked out, but not without some hiccups and not what I am used to from Maita. More

oil change bulb replacement My normal service advisor was off the day i came in. Felt i was over charged for oil change and to have a simple bulb installed. Quck or Jiffey lube is looking better all the time.. Have been coming to Mita for more than 24 years. You are pricing yourself out of the market for a simple oil change. More

Pug wire fix and water pump leaking Brian the service consultant(advisor) went above and beyond to help my wife and I on her 2014 Cruz. Another shop did a repair and left us hanging with Brian the service consultant(advisor) went above and beyond to help my wife and I on her 2014 Cruz. Another shop did a repair and left us hanging without fixing the problem, once we brought it in they had the problem solved. Then I found out when I drove the car home I had a water pump leak and a hose leak, Brian was able to get us in the next day!! Great job!!! More
