Pug wire fix and water pump leaking Brian the service consultant(advisor) went above and beyond to help my wife and I on her 2014 Cruz. Another shop did a repair and left us hanging with Brian the service consultant(advisor) went above and beyond to help my wife and I on her 2014 Cruz. Another shop did a repair and left us hanging without fixing the problem, once we brought it in they had the problem solved. Then I found out when I drove the car home I had a water pump leak and a hose leak, Brian was able to get us in the next day!! Great job!!! More

Good Experience with Alfredo Sandoval I brought my 2017 GMC in for a service and a recall. Alfredo helped me out, right away with my 9:15AM appointment. The recall issue was handled, he looked up codes and found no issues with my vehicle. Alfredo called me when it was ready. This would have been an excellent experience however, when I got into my vehicle; the seats were adjusted forward and not how I had them when I dropped off my vehicle.
