Good Experience with Alfredo Sandoval I brought my 2017 GMC in for a service and a recall. Alfredo helped me out, right away with my 9:15AM appointment. The recall issue was handled, he looked up codes and found no issues with my vehicle. Alfredo called me when it was ready. This would have been an excellent experience however, when I got into my vehicle; the seats were adjusted forward and not how I had them when I dropped off my vehicle. Not a big deal really, however it is the "Attention to Detail" that makes the difference. Rob More

Service - Wash - Detail Over all, service was good on my 2017 Chevy Camaro SS and my car is driving much better since I was a month over due for a service. I've brought my car to Maita Chevy a handful of times. This time I actually asked for a wash and requested touch less or hand wash. Unfortunately I see streaks on my car/paint and I'm not sure if those marks are removable. So its kind of disappointing that a dealership could do that to a vehicle with no regard. At this point I'm not sure if I want to take it back or go else where to get those marks removed since it will be coming out of pocket. More

Service Rep This past experience I had with my chevy cruze at Maita Chevrolet has been unlike any other. Vincent worked with me and kept constant communication as This past experience I had with my chevy cruze at Maita Chevrolet has been unlike any other. Vincent worked with me and kept constant communication as well as explained everything that was going on exquisitely. Anytime I needed an update or further explanation he beat me to the call and was calling me before I called him. The only thing I did not like was the fact that in order to get the work done on my car I had to agree to pay for the tear down of my engine if there was nothing found even though the tech recommended it and I still had my power train warranty on my vehicle. This was also my third or fourth visit for misfires so I did not like possibly having to pay for something that was recommended. I don’t think this is an issue with personal or services but more so with policy. However, overall I was thoroughly impressed with the professionalism, expertise, and care of the members involved, specifically Vince at Maita chevy. Thank you again More
