He even made me aware of a mark on my car that I hadn't known about (before the servicing) I usually opt to wait for the service to be done. There was a wonderful cafe and WIFI and magazines and comfortable chairs/sofa but I found out even though they have a large TV, it has been "fixed" to only show Trailers. Not good for a 2 1/2 hour wait (which they finished early ) I really wanted just a "mindless" wait. Not sure why it wasn't working ,but my advise is fix it or take it down. So on one hand everything was wonderful that was controlled by your employees on the other there's only disappointment when something isn't working. Your employees were ,but not so much for your T.V. More

Transmission Trauma I bought a Certified 2009 Chevy Silverado back in 2013. I also bought a warranty to cover bumper to bumper service. In 2015, my transmission stopped w I bought a Certified 2009 Chevy Silverado back in 2013. I also bought a warranty to cover bumper to bumper service. In 2015, my transmission stopped working. I had approximately 50k total miles on my truck. Because of the warranty, I was covered. It was not considered driver error. Recently, my transmission failed again with only approximately 50k miles of use out of the 2015 replacement transmission. Needless to say, I was frustrated and angry. I was approximately 7 months out of warranty. My service rep., Nick was sympathetic to my situation and prepared me for what headquarters might say regarding replacement of my transmission. I explained to Nick that I am loyal to Chevrolet and all my service has been done at the dealership. I wanted Nick to go the extra mile for me because no truck should have to go through a new tranny at 50k. Headquarters agreed to a 50-50 split in the cost to replace my transmission. I wasn't pleased with the agreement but, I was thankful. Nick kept me in the loop all the way to completion of my transmission replacement. He was positive throughout the whole experience and it became infectious. I was happy with the outcome and happy with Nick, my service technician. I also would like to thank Maita Chevrolet for going the extra mile to make my experience a good experience. More

I asked about TSB 18-NA-355 to see if that applied to my Corvette and the way it was shifting. It did and the service was done and my Corvette shifts great. There were no hassles and the car was ready when promised. Nick Kotsolovos was easy to work with and it was a pleasure and I am well pleased. More

Every time I take it here something else happens I worked with James on the sales side and that went smoothly but as the due bill came on the service side is where I say is bad rating. A few scratches when I bought my 2019 Silverado said they would buff them out took care of those but put scratches on my mirror and dropped something on my hood. They sent it out had hood fixed thanks to Alfredo but unfortunately made my review mirror worse and left over spray on two of my windows. When it goes in for service I do think a complimentary wash is needed . Then comes to my one and only free oil change the tech leaned on my seat and stained my cloth interior hopefully they will be detailing my truck so the sales and service guys are good techs are in need of some help More
