Every time I take it here something else happens I worked with James on the sales side and that went smoothly but as the due bill came on the service side is where I say is bad rating. A few scratches when I bought my 2019 Silverado said they would buff them out took care of those but put scratches on my mirror and dropped something on my hood. They sent it out had hood fixed thanks to Alfredo but unfortunately made my review mirror worse and left over spray on two of my windows. When it goes in for service I do think a complimentary wash is needed . Then comes to my one and only free oil change the tech leaned on my seat and stained my cloth interior hopefully they will be detailing my truck so the sales and service guys are good techs are in need of some help More

Not my usual experience. Nick Kotsovolos set up an appointment for me to perform the standard lube and oil change and anything else that was needed. The appointment was set for 1:30 and should have taken 2 to maybe 3 hours (I was told). One additional thing I requested was to check the oil pump/pressure due to a dash board signal. Nick told me the mechanic couldn't duplicate the trouble signal and stopped working on it. That was at 4;30 PM. When I got back to your shop my truck was not your shop. So, I stood around and watched as the tech proceeded start to rotate my tires (which was not supposed to happen). The last time I came in I had just rotated the tires the week before; putting them back to where they were. I had to come back later to get them "re-rotated" back to where they should have been. I finally left your facility at about 5:30 PM. Nick Stayed late (whether it was for me or not, I don't know) but everything seems to be working as it should. Nick is a real pro, you're lucky to have him. Thank you More

Car service Had my car service because it would jump a little when I shifted from reverse to drive. It also didn’t feel right when it shifted gears. Corvette service It seemed weird that the tires had to be replaced with only 24,000 miles on the car but they are specialized tires.
