He must not have known I did my homework and knew he was not being honest with me. My service visit was good. Brian was excellent and my car was fixed very quickly and professionally. I did have to ask twice to get my tire pressure checked and I’m used to dealers providing a car wash with a service appointment. Other than those two things, I was very satisfied More
Terrible Got there at 1pm, as my appointment was at 1 pm for an oil change. Didn’t leave til 3:40 pm!! This is pretty ridiculous for an oil change. Not to mention when I got in my car, someone had gone through my paperwork etc in my dashboard and car door. Why are your employees even going through my stuff? I’ve never had a good experience here. No more GM for me Brian in the service department was awesome. However, GM was pretty terrible. I left my car at Chevy since Monday and tried picking it up Wednesday morning and it wasn’t ready still because the part came it late. I had to use a rental and get back to work and leave work again to come back for my vehicle. I’m very unsatisfied and if I could I wouldn’t come back. This is the first car I’ve ever bought with any dealer. I could of gone with anyone and I chose to trust Chevy. I’m not happy at all. More
Good service expired Yesterday I had an appointment at 7:30am for an oil change. My wife took our Tahoe in and was not greeted when she arrived, she had to find someone. Yesterday I had an appointment at 7:30am for an oil change. My wife took our Tahoe in and was not greeted when she arrived, she had to find someone. After finding someone she asked if it would be possible to get the Tahoe washed after the service and the service writer told her he would find someone to do it. When she went to pick the Tahoe up, they handed her the keys and she had to walk to get the Tahoe as it was not brought to the front for her. She had to walk far to get the Tahoe with all her stuff she has and it was not washed to make things that much more worse. We bought the Tahoe there and expect to be treated somewhat like family but I guess we were wrong. More
