Quick & Friendly service I scheduled an appointment for 1:00, dropped my car off in the morning before heading to work & got a call a few hours later saying it was done. Not a good service mechanic I hope this review helps anyone searching for a good mechanic shop. I want to make it clear a good mechanic shop dowsnt just entail low cost service. A good mechanic shop goes above and beyond to meet all your needs. They are courteous, they communicate often, they are knowledgeable of your needs services, and expectations. They find the lowest cost available to help minimize excessive unnecessary spending, this mechanic shop does none of the above. I brought my car in and 1200 later the same warning lights came on that they claim they fixed. I recently beought the car back in by tow for 5 days my car sat in the tow spot I got a call that said it would cost me 160 for a diagnostic. 2 days later I'm getting a call they need to remove the oil pan for 600.00 I asked what's the outcome of the initial diagnostic he said he didnt do much it's not a sensor issue.... but we want to remove an oil pan for 600 which would cover what damages lay underneath that pan... sp 160 to do nothing 600 to remove a pan and and and .... but while talking he told me I should just buy a new car....that if I need a new engine it will cost me 10k the attitude the none caring about my monies being tossed around like an endless bank account to the mere fact for 5 days my car sat outside the actual mechanic shop in the tow zone of the dealership and I already was looking at a 760 bill.... sorry no way...I declined the pilot pan removal and went to get my car and yes they charged me 160 they claimed they listened to my car and checked the oil levels.... that was the extent of my 160 diagnostic.... buyer beware.... p.s. my car was towed to another mechanic shop and for 75 bucks they removed the oil pan ...all in one afternoon and I FINALLY had a diagnostic properly done... and no it's not going to cost me 10k to fix... More
