Damaged during service The service itself was satisfactory and completed in the time stated, but when I got home I noted that there was caked mud on the interior driver door The service itself was satisfactory and completed in the time stated, but when I got home I noted that there was caked mud on the interior driver door trim. It looks like a boot may have been placed against the trim. After removing the mud I noticed that the trim in this area was badly scratched up under the mud as if the mud was ground into the finish. It looks terrible now. More

Buy the warranty I bought the 2012 Sonic back in November of 2011, the first year it was out. We purchased the 10 warranty. It has paid for itself over the years, exce I bought the 2012 Sonic back in November of 2011, the first year it was out. We purchased the 10 warranty. It has paid for itself over the years, except for the rat damage $400 caused by a rat eating the wires. The dealership has always been great and I truly appreciate all the hard work they had done trying to get the work done by the end of the day. I have had very minor problems and no major problems with my Sonic. The service department is great. More
