100k mile maintenance I come to Maura for all of my mile marker maintenance and have been since I bought the car in 2014. I found out at this visit that some maintenance th I come to Maura for all of my mile marker maintenance and have been since I bought the car in 2014. I found out at this visit that some maintenance that should have been done at 50k wasn’t done. It was great that Vince discovered this, but it was a little frustrating that past service associates hadn’t caught this miss and resulted in my car being kept longer than expected. I’m glad the work was done though and appreciate how thorough and understanding Vince was with fitting in all the maintenance for time and price. More

Good Service I would say that i received good service for a first time Chevy owner and service receipient. This was my first experience with making an appointment I would say that i received good service for a first time Chevy owner and service receipient. This was my first experience with making an appointment online, so was a little confused that I had to give my information again and no asked if i made an appointment as my name was on the board. Oh well. The Service person did assist me in finding the waiting room, food and cashier. Much appreciated. But when it came time to get my car they handed me my keys and told me my car was outside waiting. It was not. I looked, as other places car is not always right out front. Had to go back inside to cashier To see where it might be. Had to call porter to bring car around. Another glitch. Live and Learn. More

I never expected to be taking my truck to a dealer for maintenance after the warranty expired years ago but when you get great service why wouldn't you? More

I’ve seen other items in the report that I fine questionable. My question can I trust On Star Reporting for required maintenance services on my vehicle. More
