Left waiting and waiting and waiting and I dropped off vehicle for oil change and walked a couple blocks to Starbucks. I retuenedand hour later and sat in maita chevy coffe shop. About an hour later I finally inquired about my vehicle and was told it had been clmplyan hour prior. Staff said they paged me an hour before once. No phone call to me, no other pages. I just sat there and wasted an hour of my day. Terrible service. More

Oi! Change service They came out promptly Nick explained what was to be done. He stated that it could take between a hour and a half to two hours. After filling out the paperwork he offered me a ride home in the shuttle. I told him that I would wait. He showed me to the waiting room. They had a nice snack bar. My car was ready in less than an hour. Bought my car there and will have my service done there again. More
