Disappointing I made an appointment for 1045.. paid $300 for oil change, cabin air filter change and detailing package. I got my car back after 2 pm. As I walk up I made an appointment for 1045.. paid $300 for oil change, cabin air filter change and detailing package. I got my car back after 2 pm. As I walk up to my car I can see cracked in dirt still on my hood. My windshield and the entire outside was completely dirty I have no idea how the rainex was applied. The interior wasn’t even touched. I asked the representative from service to look at it he told me it would be another hour. I had to leave and he told me to bring it back when I could. Unfortunately I work nights so now I am going to have to waste more time sitting for a service I definitely over paid for. More

Oil change I went in for a oil change on my Tahoe. I asked them if they can wash my car. They said they will try because they had to take down their machine and I went in for a oil change on my Tahoe. I asked them if they can wash my car. They said they will try because they had to take down their machine and the new one was going up. The guy hand washed my car 2 times because it was so dirty. My car came out of there looking great.
