My service was fine. You recommend I replace my rear axel seals. You said they were leaking. A replacement cost was over $900. These seals were replaced last year by another repair shop. I took my Tahoe to them and gave them the paper work I received from you. They removed the wheels and there was no leaking, wheels were clean no oil, rotors were clean no sigh of oil. There was left over oil on the left rear parking break shoe. I took pictures of the inside of both rear wheels and the rotors, showing no oil. Please explain why you asked me for $900 for something that did not need to be done? Gary Howard More

Friendly staff Purchased my vehicle from this location and was amazed how great the customer service was. I drive over 100 miles just to get my car serviced at this location and even brought my mom vehicle here too. The only thing I was surprised with was that they didn’t wash my vehicle for this last service. I felt that with the amount I paid for one service was worthy of a basic car wash, but I guess you’d have to pay extra for that?! Maybe it should be included for maintenance over 500? More
Bolt Backup Camera and Radio Screen For over a year I had been concerned about the cameras not shutting off when they are supposed to, after backing up. They eventually would, but I did not think this should be happening at all. Also, sometimes the radio screen would stay dark, eventually coming on. It was intermittent so I could not repeat the problem at the dealer. This time I Googled the issue and found other Bolt owners had the same camera problem from 2017. Luckily the "Chevy Headquarters" was contacted and a new radio was installed. I don't know why this issue did not come up in a technical note. Anyway, I will be monitoring the situation to see if the problems are solved. More
Saturday Service I had an appointment at 9:30AM for my car to be serviced. It took 2 hours due to 15 no-shows the day before (Friday) January 18, 2019. I also asked if I could get my car washed which is the usual treatment I received at Sullivan Chevrolet At the Roseville Auto Mall with my other car. I was told no, they were to short handed. I was a bit upset. Also, I was told I only get the first two services at no charge, but I bought an extended warranty for all services and parts good for 10 Years. No one looked that up. Please when I have a service appointment I would like my Extended Warranty to be included in my file so I will not be charged. Thank you, Laurel Robinson More
