Upset and disgusted My Hummer H3 is ur shop for 6 day and I paid $3200 for service.. I was not provided a free rental car ,, which very info for me doing my errands and My Hummer H3 is ur shop for 6 day and I paid $3200 for service.. I was not provided a free rental car ,, which very info for me doing my errands and for me going to work.. then I tried to pick it up Saturday.. and my car can’t start or didn’t start .. my battery is dead , negligence of the company , left my light inside on.. and my window control is broken. What kind of service is this... I’m very disappointed and dissatisfied... I’ve been a customer for long time.. this is not acceptable More

Oil Change - Something Missing? I have been a loyal customer of Maita Chevrolet for over 25 years. The Service Advisors are always happy to accommodate you, really appreciate Nick Ko I have been a loyal customer of Maita Chevrolet for over 25 years. The Service Advisors are always happy to accommodate you, really appreciate Nick Kotsovolos and Alfredo Sandoval for going above what is necessary to schedule your vehicle for service and getting it back to you in a reasonable amount of time. My last visit on Saturday, January 12, 2019, was for an oil change/ chassis lube. Nick happily greeted me and got the paperwork taken care of. My car was the first one in the lube bay. The technician put it on a lift and drained the oil and replaced the filter. He proceeded to lower the car and filled the engine with oil. He forgot one step! He missed the chassis lube - 11 zero fittings. I observed to see if he would raise the car up on the lift after putting oil in the engine. He did not. I reminded him of the “missing” step as he was applying the service reminder decal to the window. He promptly completed the chassis lube. I guess if I was not observant I would not have received the full service I paid for. Well, I guess this is better than forgetting to put oil in the engine! Thank you. More

Very helpful Advisors and Staff Vince and the staff at Maita Chevrolet in EG, were very honest and helpful. My issues were outside of any service warranties, but they assisted in pro Vince and the staff at Maita Chevrolet in EG, were very honest and helpful.
