Pathetic 2 hours 40 minutes for a 7,500 mile service on 2018 Suburban--oil change, tire rotation, and fluid top-off---pathetic. I waited for vehicle to be ser 2 hours 40 minutes for a 7,500 mile service on 2018 Suburban--oil change, tire rotation, and fluid top-off---pathetic. I waited for vehicle to be serviced----terrible wait for minor service--and I had an appointment. Had similar work done at EG Acura dealer and EG Toyota dealer in last year and both took less than 1 hour 20 minutes. You guys have some serious issues More
