The original problem was an electrical problem that could not be duplicated. However, they discovered a broken motor mount. That was fixed and so far no electrical problem. I was kept informed by Nick on the progress of the repair. Nick is always quick to give an honest estimate on repair costs and get it fixed in a timely manner. The cashier office staff was very helpful and worked with me in understanding the new GM Preferred Owner program. I appreciated that. More

This was very late on a Saturday night, and by 7:15AM on Monday morning, I was on the phone with Nick, who worked with me to communicate the details, from identifing the problem (failed water pump), and making the fixes. The whole experience (as have been all my experiences with Maita) was handled in the most professional manner.
