Tire of new Traverse Well I got a screw on one of my tire. Took it to Elk Grove Maita Chevrolet. Spoke to the person named Rochelle. She said my car 2018 Chevy Traverse do Well I got a screw on one of my tire. Took it to Elk Grove Maita Chevrolet. Spoke to the person named Rochelle. She said my car 2018 Chevy Traverse does NOT equipped with a spare tire and I have to buy a new one. Came home, told my husband what did the service representative told me about my car not having a spare tire. He check my car trunk and they’re it is. I guess the lady I spoke to don’t have any clue what the heck she’s talking about or she’s just not knowledgeable. But overall I got my new tires after 3 days and I am happy that my car is back on the road rolling. More
