Excellent Service My Buick Enclave suddenly has issues accelerating while driving on the freeway. I made a same day service appointment and when I arrived I was assiste My Buick Enclave suddenly has issues accelerating while driving on the freeway. I made a same day service appointment and when I arrived I was assisted by Vincent. He was friendly and helpful and explained what would they would do to try and figure out what was going on. He called me later that afternoon to let me know they found out what the issues was and they also found another issue with the front motor mount, he said both these items would be covered by my warranty and that they would try to get my car fixed the same day. He called at 3:45 pm to let me know my car was fixed and ready to be picked up. When I arrived to get the car, Vincent came out and spoke with me to explain what they did, he was very nice to help me understand what was done. I am very satisfied with the excellent service and help that I received yesterday. I am so grateful that everything was able to be completed within the same day. Thank you! More

vehicle repair I took my vechile there to get a repair done on my vehicle prior to taking my car in just to have some senors replaced I was aware of the issue that i I took my vechile there to get a repair done on my vehicle prior to taking my car in just to have some senors replaced I was aware of the issue that i had going on with my car( because i already had a diagnostic done on my vehicle), I told the sales advisor about the situation that was going on with my car, for a repair that typically only cost $236.00 there including parts and labor, ended up being $413.00 because i was overcharged 160.00 for a mechanics diagnosis, for that price you would think that they would inspect the entire car and recommend repairs, but i was wrong, beware of this place try to avoid getting your car repaired here More
