Excellent Experience Since it was early enough, courtesy shuttle went out of their zone to drop me off. Awesome Customer Service I took my car in for a water leak that was coming into the car while going through a car wash. The repair was not covered through my used car warrent I took my car in for a water leak that was coming into the car while going through a car wash. The repair was not covered through my used car warrenty so Vince took his time to contact and write GM a request to cover the charges as this, I felt was an error in the manufacturing of my car. His persistence paid off and was such a load off my shoulders. Thanks to Vince and my Sales guy David for helping me out!! Maita Chevy Elk Grove is the best!! More
