Dreadful Warranty Work We purchased our used 2011 Traverse from a Bay Area dealership in 2015 but since we live in Elk Grove, we frequently use Maita for repairs. Several m We purchased our used 2011 Traverse from a Bay Area dealership in 2015 but since we live in Elk Grove, we frequently use Maita for repairs. Several months after the purchase, our SUV started experiencing significant mechanical issues...thank goodness for the extended warranty. Needless to say, Maita's service department has improved greatly in working with us and the warranty company to perform several repairs on our Traverse. The most recent debacle occurred a few days before the 4th of July holiday. I noticed that the truck was running hot and decided to take it in...water pump install completed ahead of schedule and no hang-ups with the warranty company for payment! We were back on the road to the Napa Valley to enjoy much needed family time the day after the 4th of July Holiday. Thanks Danny for facilitating this dreadful process with such seamless effort.
