So, they where not able to look it on that day. Asked if, I could leave overnight, but I could not. Turns out there was a problem on receiver, so probably they could not have fixed on that day. Paid 320$ for ONLY a diagnostic and they were trying to charge me 1000$ for my airbag light and “smoothing out my rotors”. Which in my opinion I thought was ridiculous. I can just purchase new rotors and they’ll be a lot cheaper than “smoothing” mine out. They said my aitbag wired were broken so it was going to be about $500 just to fix that as well which it also bazaar. More

Not typical dealer service that I expected I scheduled a pm drop off appointment for an oil change for my Silverado 1500. It was then changed to 7am in the morning just to drop it off. I call I scheduled a pm drop off appointment for an oil change for my Silverado 1500. It was then changed to 7am in the morning just to drop it off. I called by 2pm and was told that they have not done anything and is on the dispatch list for servicing soon. Did not get done until 4pm or. When I picked up the truck, The plastic sheet seat cover, dirty paper floor cover, windshield service tag were still there. The steering wheel had dirty grease/slicky oil film on it. Very disappointed. Not what I expected from a dealership service department. More

Standard 20k service I had an appointment at 9am. I let my service advisor know I would be waiting in the area and to please call me when it was ready. Est time was 1.5 ho I had an appointment at 9am. I let my service advisor know I would be waiting in the area and to please call me when it was ready. Est time was 1.5 hour wait time. At 12:40 I went to cashier to check on my car and was told it was done over an hour ago. Needless to say I was upset that no one called me. However, I am very happy that Tom Crase the service manager picked up the bill and apologized. I will give this location another shot because of him. More
