Awesome Customer Service I took my car in for a water leak that was coming into the car while going through a car wash. The repair was not covered through my used car warrent I took my car in for a water leak that was coming into the car while going through a car wash. The repair was not covered through my used car warrenty so Vince took his time to contact and write GM a request to cover the charges as this, I felt was an error in the manufacturing of my car. Quick service I made an appointment and received my oil change service in one hour. The only thing that I was disappointed in was that Maita Chevrolet no longer wa I made an appointment and received my oil change service in one hour. The only thing that I was disappointed in was that Maita Chevrolet no longer wash the vehicle after it is serviced. I will think seriously about taking my vehicle to the GMC/Buick dealership next door for future service, since they wash vehicles after they perform service. More

Mystery power draw I brought my 2014 Equinoxto have it looked at because whenever I don’t drive it for a few days, the battery dies. This has been an ongoing issue since I brought my 2014 Equinoxto have it looked at because whenever I don’t drive it for a few days, the battery dies. This has been an ongoing issue since I purchased the car new almost 5 years ago. Your service crew has yet to figure out the source of the problem. Very frustrating. Service guys are always very nice and my oil change service was done great! Just wish I knew why the battery keeps dying. And no, I’m not leaving lights or anything else on. More
