Standard 20k service I had an appointment at 9am. I let my service advisor know I would be waiting in the area and to please call me when it was ready. Est time was 1.5 ho I had an appointment at 9am. I let my service advisor know I would be waiting in the area and to please call me when it was ready. Est time was 1.5 hour wait time. At 12:40 I went to cashier to check on my car and was told it was done over an hour ago. Needless to say I was upset that no one called me. However, I am very happy that Tom Crase the service manager picked up the bill and apologized. I will give this location another shot because of him. More

Fast Quick and Easy as uaual I called in about a couple of issues that had just started Friday afternoon. The transmission on my year old Malibu felt like it was slipping and the I called in about a couple of issues that had just started Friday afternoon. I had the car in bright and early and explained the problems to Vince Valdez, the service writer and left the car. It was reedy for pick up in a few hours and runs fine now. I always get excellent service from Brian Shortridge I have been coming to Maita for 8 years and have always had the best in customer service and always satisfied with anything that I have needed done fo I have been coming to Maita for 8 years and have always had the best in customer service and always satisfied with anything that I have needed done for my Tahoe. Brian is always so kind and thorough. I had a few services done to my Tahoe this time but he had it ready for me to take my boys to their swim class.
