stuck without vehicle for 26 days and forced to rent car Brought my 2013 Chevy Camaro ZL1 in to have the oil serviced. Fee months later the transmission was having issues. I checked the oil level to find the oil was a quart over. The transmission was a closed system so it would need to be serviced. I checked online for the next available appointment which was a week away. I called the service manager and was able to bring the car in and have the excess fluid removed. I had to bring the car back the following morning for the transmission service. The car sat in the shop and was not even looked at until day 4. Once the problem was identified the dealer contacted the extended warranty company to submit a claim. After 4 days the warranty company called to get the Vin number clarified...the claim sat in review for another 3 days. My service liaison for the dealership obviously was diligent about calling the warranty company but when he was off nothing happened with my car. Finally got approval for the repair but the reacement part would take 7-10 busy days. The part took 10 days and when the dealership completed the work my car sat another 2 days. The dealership would not release car without payment from warranty company. I bought the extended warranty from the dealership when I purchased the car. Truly disappointed in the service provided. I paid $7000 for the extended warranty with a $100 deductible. Ended up paying another $500 in rental car fees. More

Outstanding Service Department I had an appointment for an oil change but was advised it was not needed at this time. However, the Service Advisor checked the records and informed I had an appointment for an oil change but was advised it was not needed at this time. However, the Service Advisor checked the records and informed me that a HEPA cabin filer was due for replacement. I really appreciate the tire pressure check and inflate service that is performed each time I bring my car in to be serviced. More

Unusually bad experience My air conditioning wasn’t working and required removal of the dash. From one day until the next I was told it would be ready the next day. After more than a week with no car I picked it up. Another issue with the air conditioning happened the next week (I was told unrelated). Both repairs totaled around $2700. A week later Water was spraying all over the floor of my car creating a flood. When I brought it back they told me it wasn’t their fault because “someone kicked the hose” from the inside passengers seat (even though no one Rides there). So they fixed it for free but they refused to accept liability and instead of replacing, they simply shampooed the carpet (after I had to call and convince them that vacuuming alone wouldn’t work). They only vacuumed that little area and left the backseat alone. Now here’s the kicker. When the shuttle driver couldn’t find my car in the back, he came up to me and asked my make and model. When I said “Chevy Aveo”, he said “I don’t know what the xxxx that is”. He then proceeded to scold me about my clicker battery was dead and asked me several times to tell him the make or model. Then after 2 or 3 rounds of “Chevy Aveo” he said “Look! Do you want me to get your car or not?” And tried to grab the paperwork out of my hand. At this point I felt unsafe so I asked for the manager while he followed me inside. Luckily the manager seemed like a very nice guy and truly seemed sorry for the end experience. He got my car and I appreciated him saying he would follow up on this. But at this point I already felt used and abused by the whole experience. I think that this experience has not only caused me to stop going there, but to switch to Ford from now on. More
