Everything was fine except for the girl who called to confirm my appointment the day before (Monica?). She had the time wrong and the service needed wrong and confused me and almost had me come in at the confirm my appointment the day before (Monica?). My car was with Chevy for 6 weeks &I called for updates. No one ever called me. Parts that were ordered were cancelled without advising, & only made aware because I called in weekly. The rental car offer was a Bolt, my car is a Tahoe, 4 kids 2 car seats, unacceptable. An offer was made for upgrade, only for 7 days (knowing my car was going to sit for another 2.5 weeks) Rental Co. has trash customer service. No transparency Chevy Rep kept going in circles with excuses. Just give it straight when I dropped my car off, I was not aware it would take this long. I picked up my car it was covered under warranty & I paid a balance of $10, for my trouble it should have been waived, but I didn't argue; I just wanted my car back. Later was called to get a refund. When I started my vehicle, I noticed it kind of delayed and 12/05/23 my car would not start!!!!! My battery was drained sitting for 6 weeks, Chevy should have checked it before giving me my car. I called Chevy Rep & again full of excuses of weather causing batteries to malfunction. I never hear that in my years of driving. So, frustrating this whole process. The only thing good out of this it was covered under extended warranty, but I paid for it, it was nothing Chevy did for me. More
