All service was done and within a reasonable timeframe. My only reason for a 4/5 star rating is that my AC fan now sounds like a card in a bike spoke. Alfredo was honest and straight forward with his advice. I only had 1800 miles on my brand new Bolt and didn't think I needed a tire rotation. As you know the first service is free. So he said why not take advantage of this free service? So everything checked out and I received a free tire rotation. I just love my Bolt. I just wish it had the NACS and Ultium battery in it. Also, I wish Maita's waiting area was more comfortable, had desks so I can use my computer, and some vending machines so I can get a Diet Coke. More
