We had a wonderful experience with the salesperson that sold us the car, "However" the service department over booked appointments during our first oil change and took two hours for an oil change. We found sold us the car, "However" the service department over booked appointments during our first oil change and took two hours for an oil change. We found a flaw on the rear bumper at less than 6k miles, filed a warranty claim to repair and service advisor claimed that it was damaged from another vehicle. If it was damaged from another vehicle, it would've been very noticeable. The bumper is detaching from within the backside. Very disappointed! More

When an appointment is made the work should be completed. no excuse should be given that they couldn’t work on the car and they need more time or no one was available to work on the car. Not pleased with the service. Requested to have the hose from the reservoir to the windshield wipers replaced. Told job was completed. Same broken hose still on and no call the next day as promised.
