They left dried DEF around the fill cap as well as down the side and onto the footstep. The appointment for my traverse was 7/5 because when I shift to park car indicates it is not in park. It was a long afternoon but the problem was waiting for the courtesy wash. The service was completed in the two hour time frame, but I waited another 45 minutes for the wash and dry which I do appreciate. the courtesy wash.
