Vincent is always good to me! Always helps out! But I’m not sure what happened. I was given the final estimate over the phone and when I went to pick it up it went up $200. The oil change was done in a timely manner. However it took about 40 minutes after it was done for me to get the paperwork to be able to pay and leave. Best service experience ever !! Due to a dental emergency, I called Alfredo at the service department to see if I could do an early drop off on Saturday for a Monday appointment. Dropped the car of emergency, I called Alfredo at the service department to see if I could do an early drop off on Saturday for a Monday appointment. Dropped the car off on Saturday and I was not expecting the car to be worked on until Monday. Alfredo called me back later in the day on Saturday and told me the car was finished !! Wow - what a pleasant surprise !! The service department went above and beyond and I am extremely happy with the entire experience !!! Just awesome customer service !!! More
