I previously received a call from Maita about a free oil change service on my records, and made an appointment. When I arrived at 7:15 AM, it was hectic with several cars in line and no direction how to get change service on my records, and made an appointment. When I arrived at 7:15 AM, it was hectic with several cars in line and no direction how to get checked it. The service person helping me, couldn’t find the free service note on my account. Instead of telling me he would look into it or figure it out, I was told that I would have to prove it. The only reason I was even there is because the dealership called me. This was a simple oil change that was attached to a new truck I bought there. While I did “prove” the free oil change was real, I also purchased additional services. It seems this situation was easily preventable, and it leaves me to question if I’ll go back for any service. More

My last service appointment was excruciatingly long, difficult, and expensive. I lost an entire extra day of work waiting for a tire replacement which could have been completed in 30 minutes. On a tire that very likely picked up a nail AFTER I dropped it off at the dealer. The “free” service I was promised with the warranty only took $100+ off a $900* service charge. And I could have planned my two-day wait better if only communication had been better. I will definitely not be returning to Maita Chevrolet for my next service. More
