Maita Chevrolet - Service Center

The worst experience I've ever had with Maita. I brought my car in for service and when I asked when I should expect it to be done, Alfredo told me by the afternoon. At 5pm i called to check on the status.. my car in for service and when I asked when I should expect it to be done, Alfredo told me by the afternoon. At 5pm i called to check on the status...I dropped it off at 8:30 that morning...he told me that it was a 2 day project and it wont be done until tomorrow. When I asked why he told me it would be done that day, his excuse was that he deals with so many people he gets them mixed up...umm excuse me! I asked if they could provide me with a rental car since I needed to go to work the next day and I wasnt told it was a 2 day service, he told me sorry they were all out but I can come in the morning and get one from Enterprise but since I was passed my warranty, I would have to pay for it. When I finally was able to pick up my car, it wasnt ready and the keys weren't at the counter even though they called me 4 hours prior to tell I could come get it. More

The only thing that would have made it better is if they had washed my car. I am 82 yrs old & can no longer do it myself. It has a scooter lift on the back so I cannot take it through a car wash.
