Maita Chevrolet - Service Center

Went in for an oil leak PREVIOUSLY told Danny in August when I had a water pump replaced which was covered by warranty . when I picked up the car after the water pump replacement, I AGAIN asked did they fi when I had a water pump replaced which was covered by warranty . when I picked up the car after the water pump replacement, I AGAIN asked did they find the oil leak. I was informed there was was none. I went in for my appointment yesterday ONCE AGAIN for the persistent oil leak. I was informed yes, there is an oil leak in the oil pan and it will be $984.00..but oops sorry, your warranty ran out 2 weeks ago. AND the car will not be ready for FOUR days..waterpump.same day..oil leak 4 days..i continued to ask Danny why they didn't find the oil.leak at the last visit. Danny.said.water pump service is messy so they didn't notice it. I reminded him I asked him about it again when I.picked it.up.and now.warranty is over when it should have been caught back in August. He informed me that.would be difficult to prove. It took over an hour just to get my car and my paperwork did.not even include ANY type.of estimate.cost for the repair . very disappointed since I have purchased several cars in the past from Maita and use it.for all my service needs . I made an appointment where I wait for the service but if I had known it was going to take over 4 hours I would of just dropped it off. The work was completed actually before the estimated date, so that made me super happy it’s a Corvette so let’s not talk about price.. I am friendly.
