Maintenance oil change and tire rotation Appointment 9:15 am, arrived at 9:00 am. Informed it would take 2 hours. Waited 3 hours and 15 mintutes. We could see the work on vehicle was complete Appointment 9:15 am, arrived at 9:00 am. Informed it would take 2 hours. Waited 3 hours and 15 mintutes. We could see the work on vehicle was completed at 11:50 am, after waiting 15 more minutes, talked to cashier, inform to see the check in rep. who was not in his office. Could hear over loud speaker some one telling him he had a customer waiting. We could see him return to his office, he then spoke to two other people before asking us if our paperwork was done. We told him no, he said he would key it in. He came out with a paper then told us to see cashier, there were no cashiers at the counter. The check in rep then came back out with more papers at the cashier window and proceeded to process our payment himself, after two other people walked by the cashier window and said they would be with us in a minute and never returned. We will never take our vehicle there again for anything. We purchased the vehicle at this location and have been taking it there for routine maintenance over the last five years. Also we could see the person working on our vehicle with constant interruptions from other workers laughing and joking around. Not caring that people were sitting outside waiting for their vehicles to be serviced. Customer service is very poor there now. More

Oil plug cover and RED X next to brake fluid reservoir. Oil plug cover plate was barely hanging from screw. Lucky the cover did not fall off. I like the service that was performed! When I received my car I noticed a hand print on the corner. I went back to the cashier and she was kind and very professional. She took my car to the detail shop and i car I noticed a hand print on the corner. I went back to the cashier and she was kind and very professional. She took my car to the detail shop and it was corrected extremely quickly. I wish I knew her name. She was awesome the way she handled the situation. And that’s why they still get a excellent rating. I went in for a recalled tonneau cover install (purchased a new truck which was supposed to have a tonneau cover on it, but didn’t have it at time of purchase because of the recall). Job was completed in a t a new truck which was supposed to have a tonneau cover on it, but didn’t have it at time of purchase because of the recall). Job was completed in a timely manner; however, as soon as I got the truck back I saw that the cover was filthy. There were large amounts of debris and bird dropping covering the entire cover. For a brand new part being installed, I would think it would be cleaned upon install. It looked like it had been sitting out in the weather for months. The cover was also too tight and the tailgate would not open without me pulling down on it. Appeared as though they did not make sure everything was working properly before giving it back. They took it back in and fixed it quickly. I had also told the service advisor of a check engine light concern. The light turned on upon starting, stay on while driving and finally turn off after approx. 7 starts. This had occurred twice prior to hitting 2000 miles. Also told the advisor that the touch screen radio display turned off completely (while actively driving) without warning on three occasions. After it shut off the radio display seemed to reboot and return to normal. I understand that those problems may not be located right away, especially if it does not happen while there, but I would hope my concerns would be written down for future reference. Upon looking at my invoice, they had not. More
