Great Service/terrible vehicle Maita servicing dept has always exceeded my expectations. Sadly my 2019 Chevy Silverado Trail Boss has failed to even come close to my low expectation Maita servicing dept has always exceeded my expectations. Sadly my 2019 Chevy Silverado Trail Boss has failed to even come close to my low expectations of a brand new vehicle. My 8 speed transmission was supposed to be fixed a while ago when the service center swapped out my tranny fluid. However it hasn't changed a darn thing. This transmission is terrible and makes me regret owning my new truck...again the service department has done a great job. CHEVY has not. I can't even brag about my beautiful truck since driving it has been far from a good experience. More

Oil change completed. Danny was honest and I felt like he had my best interest at heart. Oil leak not located on my vehicle but they didn’t try to sell me some repair I didn’t need. Service This was my first time bringing my 2019 vehicle in for service. There were several recall items and an oil change and air filter. I was pleased wi This was my first time bringing my 2019 vehicle in for service. There were several recall items and an oil change and air filter. I was pleased with the service I received. However, for $143, I was expecting at least my vehicle to be washed and possibly the windshield cleaned and maybe vacuum the floor. In my opinion, the price for this service is on the high side, and I think some of these things should be included. That's just my opinion. I may or may not choose to have my vehicle serviced here in the future. I believe adding these things would be an encouragement for me to bring my vehicle in for service in the future. More

Deceitful.They weren't frank with me. The agreement was very different before the papers were spent. Danny Guerrero and his mechanic completed major work on my Chevy Colorado engine and replaced the cylinder heads, timing chain with guide sprockets, and did an oil change, lube job, and filter replace.
