Very professional experience throughout which is much more than can be said when I take my wife's Toyota Prius in for service to the same dealer just down the street. Prius could learn from Mazda about how to treat clients like people instead of like problems to be moved along an assembly line. More

Unfortunately, my boyfriend and I only drove one car. Therefore, we could not stay for that long a period of time. Paul tried his best to accommodate us by suggesting that Service works on one of the issues (entertainment - radio static) and suggested for me to schedule another appointment with Service to work on other issues (such as the GPS, etc.). He said that my radio needed an update. He was patient with me and tried to expedite the process. Although I seemed impatient and hungry, Paul was very courteous and attentive to my needs.
