Hello there, During my experience my father and I were deliberately ignored by the higher ups working that day. If it wasn't for Dominick helping me get another key fob for my car, the rating would've been lower. Cyole did his job very professionally which is why he deserved the 5 stars for servicing; as well as Dominick's shout out. They assisted me in very well manner. Unlike the Managers/Supervisors that day as stated above, refused to come and answer questions we had in regards to purchasing a car. Out of all dealerships I have been too, not once have I ever seen superior's purposely not come see concerns regarding customers. That was very poor judgment. Your job is to help us with the best deals, yet that didn't happen. My father's military discount was denied. Never has that happened before. It was due to the fact not a single manager wanted to tell him to his face and or explain why that wasn't a possible option, which it was. I hope this helps in the future with MANAGERS doing their job. Thank you
