I’ve been having some unfortunate issues with my car, and have been to the dealer three times this month. They have been very helpful and timely with their service. They took the time to explain the issues with my car and worked with me to find a solution for my financial limitations. We’re still in the process of resolving the issues, but I’m hopeful it will all turn out okay. More

Only reason I gave a 4 star review was because Kelly Rianda who took care of my sale was not very responsive. I found out later that my order might not have been ordered right. I just found Kelly a litt Rianda who took care of my sale was not very responsive. I found out later that my order might not have been ordered right. I just found Kelly a little abrasive and was always vague on my order. However, when Julio Navarro stepped in, he rescued the deal and found the status of my car order. Julio had great follow through and and very responsive to my questions. Julio informed me step by step where my car was and expected time of delivery. Kudos to Julio. My car was not ordered the way I originally wanted, it came with extras I didn't order but it was not a deal killer. In the end, I am satisfied with my car and happy with it. More
