I found Chaz to be extremely responsive to the possible maintenance concern, and it was very apparent to me he wanted me to be satisfied and happy with my purchase. Chaz was extremely accommodating to my request to obtain a pre-purchase inspection for the vehicle and he helped facilitate the process. Major Motors offers reasonable and extremely fair prices, and their customer service was beyond compare. They demonstrated transparency and integrity throughout the entire car buying experience, and I truly appreciated the fact they did not play the usual car dealership sales games.
