I have used them exclusively over the last 10+ yrs. service has been good until recently. I took my truck in for general service and the checked and or changed my air filter. They left the clips off service has been good until recently. I took my truck in for general service and the checked and or changed my air filter. They left the clips off and this caused my air intake to be open after the filter. A few weeks later my check engine light came on and it was my catalytic converter causing issues. When I brought this to their attention, they replaced the clips but wanted me to pay $1205 for a new catalytic converter. I firmly believe that the clips being left off for I don’t know how long, significantly contributed to the check engine light issue. I contacted Ford and they said they would get with the manager and no one has gotten back with me. I have been driving Ford’s since 1993. I cannot believe I am treated this way. My next vehicle was going to be F250 platinum. Not sure now. TG More
