I have been coming here for 7 years and generally have been pleased with the service. However, my last visit really pushed me to look into other local shops of which I have found one. I delayed a service to my vehicle and then later received an email from Mall of GA Ford that they would offer a discount if I came in and had it done so I scheduled it. When I arrived I was told they did not have the part and that the email was from a 3rd parts even though it has been sent from a Mall of Georgia account. They asked me if I wanted to leave my vehicle which I declined. Trying to call back and reschedule I could not connect to anyone and I stead continue to receive surveys. This happened 2 months ago and yet I continue to receive surveys and yet nothing about the inconvenience I experienced trying to get this service completed. I feel Ford has a great feedback system but I wonder if that is at the expense of their service. More

I left my truck F150 at the Mall of Georgia Ford for an engine oil and filter change. They spilled a lot of old oil on the tray when changing the filter and never cleaned it. They offered to change the spark plugs, and I accepted it. Then, they returned the car with the engine light on. I returned the car, and three hours later I had to call several people at the service station to find out what was happening with my truck. Finally, the guy said the truck had to stay overnight for review. I had to rent a car to perform my duties. The next day at 11 am without receiving any text or call informing me about my truck, I went to the dealer. When the guy saw me decided to take the car for testing. After one hour of waiting, the truck was finally returned to me and this insolent, IDIOT offered me a $20 discount for my next service IN RETURN FOR RENTING A CAR AND THE INCONVENIENCE. CAN YOU BELIEVE IT? When I reviewed my truck at home, I noticed the oil spilled on the tray and one missing screw on the engine cover. I used to be a fan of Mall of Georgia Ford, but obviously, it has changed for the worse and never will use it again. I have to say without any doubt it was a very unprofessional job. More

I could only give a 5, but honestly how I really feel, a 10+ for MANY reasons. Everytime it needs servicing they are spot on, from the service advisor Stephanie who made sure this last service was completed 10+ for MANY reasons. Everytime it needs servicing they are spot on, from the service advisor Stephanie who made sure this last service was completed in just a couple of days (picked me up with an Uber when the work was finished), to Marilyn in customer service following up afterward making sure everything was good. A previous time, overhauling a transmission, not including the multiple testing, replacing two cameras front and rear, all in just two weeks, is absolutely AMAZING! Very happy with the work and service that they provided. As for that 10R80, it drives and switches so smooth after the rebuild (the wife is so happy to be able to drive again). Their complete service team (customer service, service advisor, check-out, parts dept. and service techs) are so GREAT that although I drive the Lincoln brand, I prefer being serviced with Mall of Georgia Ford rather than my previous Lincoln dealer. As you can tell from this review I highly recommend them. More
