Arrived on Saturday for them to do a warranty diagnostic on my newer Chevy Tahoe. I got there at 7:55am and did not leave until 1:20pm. During that time the service advisor told me they were down a few tech on my newer Chevy Tahoe. I got there at 7:55am and did not leave until 1:20pm. During that time the service advisor told me they were down a few techs and that it may take longer than usual. (Completely understandable). Well, my vehicle did not go into the shop until about 10am. Once it was in the shop the techs were goofing off, playing around, throwing trash ect. During this time only one tech was actually work. As I watched my vehicle get serviced it was actually worked on for about an hour. Completely wasted a day for lack of accountability of the techs. I assume no manager work weekends. More

I have had ongoing confusion with my prepaid maintenance agreement with Malloy. I bought it from the dealership with my new car purchase, but the service department acts like they have never seen one befor agreement with Malloy. The sales man promised me an option for having a key made if something happened to ours included in our price. After looking over the documents we signed it was not included. Called back and spoke to my salesman about the issue. He said he would speak to his manager and would call me back. NEVER HEARD FROM ANYONE. I have all of the text messages between me and the salesman / dealership and the acknowledgement of a price for the vehicle and what was included. This place does not keep the agreement that they tell their customers and have terrible customer service. More
