We found a truck we wanted. The salesman promised running boards would be ordered and installed, recalls would be taken care of and detailing would be done. However, the original salesman left the company and the replacement salesman wasn't polite or professional in his communication. Additional promises were made. We requested a picture of the running boards that were ordered to verify they would be able to meet the needs of my husband. The picture never came. We stopped at the dealership on the day the truck was promised to be ready. The truck was sitting in the back with nothing being done. A sales manager tried to " make things right," but that should have been done from the beginning. More

The dealership is fine for the most part however this is the second time I had a 7 a.m. appointment only to watch people come and go and here I sit for over 3 hours! There is no reason a basic maintenance and state inspection should take that long to do. The other people were having the same things done and yet were in and out in an hour!
