Dishonest sales tactics I kept telling them I wanted the service that the Ford website recommends. Instead, they kept saying “we recommend” that I spend about $1000 for vario I kept telling them I wanted the service that the Ford website recommends. When I compared what they sold me to what I found on the Ford website and called to tell them not to do all that unnecessary stuff, they got nasty. What a difference Apparently the dealership has made some changes to the staff and it really shows. I had previously been to thjs location and it was a nightmare. It was liking going to a completely different location from my last experience. The managers were all friendly and my salesperson Kevin was fantastic. Are you kidding me?!?!? I cannot believe the amount of disrespect that this dealership has!!!! I tried to trade my 2011 Cadillac xxx granted I’m in Va and have quite a bit of I cannot believe the amount of disrespect that this dealership has!!!! I tried to trade my 2011 Cadillac xxx granted I’m in Va and have quite a bit of mileage, the body is immaculate and I have taken excellent care of my car. Only to be told the car was worth $ 3,500 for a trade in!!!!!!!! then they wanted an additional $ 5,000.00. Once they saw how angry we were they decided to come back to us with a trade in amount of $ 7.000 by this time our blood was boiling never have I ever been treated with such ignorance. I will tell everyone I know NEVER go to MALLOY FORD!!!!!!!!!! I would have walked out that day with a 2016 titanium edition Ford Edge $26,000.00 I’m so thankful I did not purchase the vehicle! More
