She took the time to look up all of my warranty options, along with advising me the best way to use my last few visits on my service plan. Along with that, she took care of the master cylinder recall issue for me. I know they were slammed with customers today, but she went the extra mile to help me out. So yesterday 6/17/21 I had an oil change and yearly inspection scheduled at 7:30 AM. When I made the appt. a week earlier via phone I said I would be waiting at the dealership, then repeated this info inspection scheduled at 7:30 AM. When I made the appt. a week earlier via phone I said I would be waiting at the dealership, then repeated this information to Logan Lamb upon arrival. Then something went terribly wrong, after sitting in the waiting room for two hours I went and ask Mr Lamb for the status on my truck, he left to go check and a few minutes later a woman came back to inform me that my paperwork had somehow been mixed up and it would be at least another hour. Needless to say I was ticked off to put it politely. She offered no real apology and said I could leave if I didn't want to wait, but honestly I didn't have the time. So an hour later I had to go check on my truck again, still not ready so I stayed at the registration desk area. Fifteen minutes later the auto technician came with my paperwork and someone ask him what happened to cause such a delay to which he replied, my paper must have gotten shuffled under other papers then finally said "whatever" ,,,don't think he knew I was the customer who had been there for well over 3 hours. Simply pitiful service. More
