There were honest, true to their word, and came through on all promises. We got an excellent price for our car, a price that other dealers confessed that not only could they not match the price, but they could not get the car themselves at the price offered by Jerry's. There were no "bait and switch" tactics and they did not try to sell us what we did not need. They were very knowledgeable and relayed that knowledge in a way that was easy to understand. They were patient in answering all of our questions and were easy to reach when we called. Financing was easy and efficient. Our overall experience was like buying a car from your best friend whom you have grown to know and trust over the years. We recommend Jerry's Ford highly and without reservation! Hans offered a great price right from the start. I had several quotes from other dealers(after negotiating for hours) but Jerry's beat them in 5 mins without a hassle. I did not have to tell them I had other quotes as they beat the price from the start. The deal making process was easy and I could not be happier. I got a great price based on all the research I did and the process was painless. Joe Messina in finance was also great to work with and made the financing process easy. Overall good experience. Angel and Shaw worked very hard to try to find a Black or Ruby Red V-6 Mustang that met all my desires. There was one that was close by (48-72 hours). While they were looking for that, Shaw and I took a look at the V-8 GT Premiums. We came across the car I bought and it was only missing heated seats (and mirrors). The price difference between my V-8 GT and the V-6 option is off-set by the fact that the V-8 GT is "a beast" that I love driving - it guzzles gas (~13.6 mpg avg so far over the first 350 miles), but so far is worth it. I'm glad I bought the V-8 GT. Joe did a great job getting my payments down as low as possible and I thank him for that - great work Joe! Tina was totally non-responsive. Shaw is taking care of the things she was supposed to do - great work Shaw! I do need Shaw to explain my active security system to me. I might be able to do that this weekend - Labor Day. Thanks very much to the Dealership for allowing me to park my old 1999 Chevy on your lot until this weekend - this gave me more time to enjoy my V-8. I'm not happy with the location of the heated seat on-off switch on either seat. It is right under the little handle that adjusts the seat back position. This is very poor workmanship. I think you subcontract this work out. Whoever did this work did a very poor job. I am giving these ratings because I am still driving a 2-month-old Ford Focus @6000 miles with an annoying clunking noise coming from the front end. The car has been to Jerry's Ford service twice so far. They couldn't diagnose the problem at first, then finally did. Then they tried to fix it but apparently failed. The guy at the front desk (Art) says they know what do because they do this for a living. But somehow my "brand new FORD" still clunks more than my 10-year-old Jeep after spending a week at Jerry's Ford and being called "fixed". I do not recommend this dealer for service. They do not seem to be proficient at their jobs, and they seem to get agitated and act rude if you insist that the problem still exists. I am also disappointed with Ford due to the quality of the car. More
