Researched vehicles - saw one I was interested listed at Malloy Ford, Winchester VA. Upon arriving at dealership when salesman approached I advised that I needed to have a vehicle that gets good gas mileag Malloy Ford, Winchester VA. Upon arriving at dealership when salesman approached I advised that I needed to have a vehicle that gets good gas mileage;keep my vehicle payments no more than I currently have; and also needed a trade-in allowance to fully satisfy my current auto loan. I advised that I wanted to look at a particular model and year. We took out on test drive and liked performance. Salesperson was able to meet my requirements; we closed on deal that day. More

I gave the rating that I did because upon my arrival at Malloy Ford Mr. Carson came right out asked what I was looking for helped me locate and try to keep in the payment arrange that I needed. While he was running the paper work I was looking around and changed my mind with what I wanted. He didnt mind redoing the paperwork and helping me get the payment I needed. Saw car we were interested in on the web and emailed. They called us at 10:30am, saying it was available. We told them we'd be there by 5pm that same day, which we were (over an hour drive). They could have called and saved us a 120 mile round trip. More

This was the best experience I've had while purchasing a new vehicle. The staff was great! Started shopping for a new vehicle in December 11 and did the internet research. Alice was a get help in that search providing all the information and more that I requested. After settling on what my wife and I compromised to we came in and Jason was more than willing to allow us to drive many types of vehicles. Then Gas prices spiked again and our requirements changed to something more fuel efficient. we trouped back to the dealership and were shown a few more vehicles. We finalized our decision and were rocked at home with a emergency that zapped our down payment. the finance manager worked with us and by the end of Feb 2012 we drove away in our new car. Now my wife shows off the car everywhere we go...I'm happy as my daily commute costs are now one third what they used to be. Thanks everyone at Malloy Ford. More
