Everyone was very helpful. Though I had already decided on my purchase before getting to the dealership, they still took the time to "sell" me on it. Which, though not required, still made me feel like a v on my purchase before getting to the dealership, they still took the time to "sell" me on it. Which, though not required, still made me feel like a valued customer. The finance department was supportive as well, working with me to get a good monthly payment. Finally, the sales rep helped me clean out my trade in, including assisting with removing my Tonneau cover and bed extender. I will certainly be back to Malloy Ford in the future! More
The problem with my Expedition was identified and repaired through a very thorough rebuild of the rear differential. Pleased with service. Everything was completed satisfactorily except the DEF fluid was added to but not topped off. It may not make it to next 7500 mile service. This has been the case with previo satisfactorily except the DEF fluid was added to but not topped off. It may not make it to next 7500 mile service. This has been the case with previous services. What I mean is that something was always not fully complete. Tire pressure not reset , DEF fluid poured down side of truck and left, valve stem caps left off, DEF fluid not topped off. While not show stopping issues I am uneasy when having service performed. More
I bought my lincoln there...brought it in 4 times in almost four years, outside of my old 89 crown vic before that....service was great then...............service has suffered dramatically now over the almost four years, outside of my old 89 crown vic before that....service was great then...............service has suffered dramatically now over the years......(since I moved here in 2013) they are not as personable and thorough ..service didtn let me ask questions while On the phone. girl at desk sent me to another desk and then another...it wasnt like that before..you went to the customer service desk..and went from there, everyone seemed to be in sync..........they directed you this time..but the staff seem disorientated , confused and possibly overwhelmed or new ...............thinking of changing after all these years.we have yet to see if the problem I spent alot more I anticipated on with is fixed with my car. and they happen to lose the reminder paper i gave to service to make sure things were done... More
