Everyone was very helpful. Though I had already decided on my purchase before getting to the dealership, they still took the time to "sell" me on it. Which, though not required, still made me feel like a v on my purchase before getting to the dealership, they still took the time to "sell" me on it. Finally, the sales rep helped me clean out my trade in, including assisting with removing my Tonneau cover and bed extender. I will certainly be back to Malloy Ford in the future! More

Pleased with service. Everything was completed satisfactorily except the DEF fluid was added to but not topped off. It may not make it to next 7500 mile service. This has been the case with previo satisfactorily except the DEF fluid was added to but not topped off. It may not make it to next 7500 mile service. This has been the case with previous services. What I mean is that something was always not fully complete. Tire pressure not reset , DEF fluid poured down side of truck and left, valve stem caps left off, DEF fluid not topped off. While not show stopping issues I am uneasy when having service performed. More
