If I could give them one less star I would. A nightmare start to finish. From the $60,000 lemon they sold us to the xx of when we had to bring it back for it to be looked at. After leaving me waiting for 5 hours in the waiting room while they supposedly secured a rental for me, I arrived at the Hertz rental place where they informed me that I had to not only put a security deposit down on the vehicle, but that I also had to use my insurance and if anything happened to the vehicle, it was all under me not Ford. Do not, I repeat, do not deal with these people. Our brand new Ford Ranger with less than 1,000 miles on it shouldn’t have anything wrong with it in the first place and the fact that they did nothing to rectify the situation is ludicrous. More
I've only had my 2021 F-150 back for a few hours and 80 miles, so as far as I know the work was fine. My difficulty with Malloy was getting information on its status. On Monday I started trying to find out when they estimated it would be ready. Specifically if it would be ready on that Thursday since I needed it that evening. By Wednesday evening I still couldn't get a straight answer if it would be ready on Thursday in case I needed to arrange for alternative transportation. As it turned out it was not ready until a week and a half later. By then they were not replying to texts or answering their main phone number. I'm not complaining about how long it took to fix it, simply that they either could not or would not tell me if it might be ready that Thursday, especially since they had to have known that there was not a chance of it being ready. The problem with my Expedition was identified and repaired through a very thorough rebuild of the rear differential. Pleased with service. Everything was completed satisfactorily except the DEF fluid was added to but not topped off. It may not make it to next 7500 mile service. This has been the case with previo satisfactorily except the DEF fluid was added to but not topped off. It may not make it to next 7500 mile service. This has been the case with previous services. What I mean is that something was always not fully complete. Tire pressure not reset , DEF fluid poured down side of truck and left, valve stem caps left off, DEF fluid not topped off. While not show stopping issues I am uneasy when having service performed. More
