We took the car in for a routine oil change and upon inspection they found new brakes and rotors were needed very badly. An hour later we were done and on our way. With a 400 mile ride ahead of us we rested easily knowing the car had been taken care of. Thank you Malloy Ford for making a difficult trip safe for all. Too make things even better we had a prepaid maintenance agreement so not one penny exchanged hands. More

It ha Had issues with service department not fixing my truck or getting back to me. I was told to either come and get it or I would just have to wait. It has only been 8 days and they still don't know what's wrong nor have I been offered a loaner vehicle. Oh yeah my vehicle is under warranty. More

I was told the sway bar needed replaced and that when they drove it on the road my car hit a bump and made a "horrible noise." my car has never done this. After telling him that my brother in law is a mechanic and has already looked at my car and showed me that the sway bar is fine and that the strut needed replaced, his tune changed and they replaced the strut. Over the course of the three day repair time not once did he call me like he said. He said he did but I've taken 2 mustangs to Malloy Ford since 2011, and my cell number hasnt changed. I had to call multiple times to check on my car and when I asked for an estimated completion time one was'nt given. also I noticed this is the only time I was'nt given a satisfaction card to review my experience. My experience is usually good but this time was horrible due to manipulation and profit games. i would not recommend this place. More
Poor Service Department I have had my 2014 Ford Edge for 3 months which still had factory warranty and I purchased the extended warranty. I took my car in and was told by Ric I have had my 2014 Ford Edge for 3 months which still had factory warranty and I purchased the extended warranty. I took my car in and was told by Richard in the service department when I made the appointment that it was warranty work. The front sensor was not working. Richard called to say there was a $300 charge as the front sensor was misaligned (it was like that when I purchased the car) and not damaged so he charged me. Why did they not call before performing such expensive work? I would never have authorized it as the dealer where I purchased the car says it should have been done free! I am EXTREMELY upset and will not use this dealership for anything again! More
ford 500 service I brought my Ford 500 in for a clicking noise. I was told by chuck I needed a new engine. The cost was over 6k. After much thought and suggestions fro I brought my Ford 500 in for a clicking noise. I was told by chuck I needed a new engine. The cost was over 6k. After much thought and suggestions from Chuck, we had a new engine put in. When I went to pick it up the wrench light came on. Returned to Ford and Chuck tells us it is the transmission, which we had never had problems with before. Long story short, the car remained in the shop for another month. After dealing with Chuck's rudeness, and attitude, we finally talked to Wade who was very helpful and made the last repair good. They covered all expense on the transmission issue, which we were very pleased about. On our way home the light came back on, and of course when they test drove it nothing happened. Wade advised us to continue running it and that they would keep in touch with us on the problem. Wade was very nice and helpful, the mechanics were also very good to work with, however Chuck was a different story. Because of his rude behavior and poor advise to us, we had decided not to ever purchase a vehicle from Malloy in Winchester. After working with Wade and other employees, we may consider future dealings with Malloy, however we will wait and see what kind of service we continue to get there since we own all Ford vehicles from Malloy. My advise to anyone needing sevice is to deal with anyone but Chuck in service area. More

Ok, the wait may be a little long 2 hours... but they are super and efficient. It was well worth the wait for my Betsy. Cant believe they fixed a problem I had for such a long time that other service dealers couldn't fix, in NJ!!. If you got a FORD either old or new....go here!!!!!!! I ove my old Ford and I hope she keeps going strong for a long long time. SL...Winchester More
This dealer is convenient to my home and I get a 5% cash allowance on future purchases in service. Previously having an Expedition and now a Lincoln I have used Malloy for the past 4 years, after moving her allowance on future purchases in service. Previously having an Expedition and now a Lincoln I have used Malloy for the past 4 years, after moving here from Florida. My most recent visit involved getting my sync system up to date so I could sign up for a program with my insurance company for a discount on my ins. premium. It took several visits and many calls directly to Ford and the issue was never resolved, but that was not the fault of Malloy. They worked with Sync and Ford techs, none of whom could figure out why, and assumed this feature is not on my car. However, during the entire ordeal Chuck was profesional, kept me in the loop, was patient when I was not, kind and spent a lot of time trying to get this worked out. As I said I have been to them for all my service over the past 4 years and if I don't have a ride or the weather is not nice enough for me to walk, they always provide a ride to/from my home so I don't have to wait. I have always been satisified with the level of service received and prices are comparable to any other mechanic in the area. More

My last visit I had with Ford went well, which is why I came back this time. However, my experience this time was awful. I came in to get a state inspection, oil change, and I heard a clicking sound in m came back this time. However, my experience this time was awful. I came in to get a state inspection, oil change, and I heard a clicking sound in my RR tire, I also mentioned a chirping sound coming from the engine. I dropped it off around 8:00am and received a call back around lunch time. Chuck explained that the rear emergency brake was the cause of the clicking and it would be $230 to fix, for my state inspection the brake pads needed to be replaced $150 for each axle, my brake fluid "looked" dirty and it would be $150 to replace, and lastly the chirping sound was from a tensioner and serpentine belt $320 to fix, also the oil change was 50 bucks, and there was a diagnosis fee of 50 bucks for each thing I mentioned. Now my problem in cost lies with the fact of understanding why I am paying for the same labor 3 times over. In order to fix the emergency brakes they already would have had to take off the wheel and take apart the brake shoes to fix the E-brake. To slap in some new pads while the rear tires are already off takes maybe 5minutes and another 5min to push the piston back in(if not already done while doing the E-brake. For the front 150 is on par with other places. However 150 for a brake fluid flush? That’s removing 1 bolt per side and refilling the reservoir tank and pumping the brake pedal a few times. I am not ok with that. At this point I realized I was getting the business and told them to drop it and back it out. I picked up the truck that evening and paid ~150 for the oil change and diagnosing fees. On the way home I noticed my air light starting to blink I read in the manual that if this happens and a spare tire is not in use to take it to a dealership. Two days later that what I did. Again I dealt with Chuck; he said they would check it out it was probably just low air pressure. Ok fine I didn’t believe that but I trusted they would do a good job. A few hours later he called and said they fixed it and that it was just the air pressure. I went back over and started it up and the light was still flashing! They drove it back in, I waited for 20 minutes until another mechanic came over and started redetection of the sensors. I asked chuck how often they usually see these things go bad and he told me he doesn't they are usually damaged. The mechanic find that the RR tire pressure sensor is no longer operable. Hmmm same tire that I had a clicking sound and the one you had to take off in order to diagnosis coincidence? I think not and told him this. Chuck responded that it would be $100 to fix, and went on to accuse me that I had just put on new tires within the last two days and that someone else was responsible. They were the same tires I came in with if I had needed new tires im sure that they would have caught that in the inspection. After I explained that Ford was the only one to touch in the 3 days from my first visit to when i brought it in for the tire pressure gauge was them. He kindly said he would back it out for me and that I could be on my way. So I left and I recommend nobody going here, unless you have more money you don't know what to do with and don't mind paying for the same labor 3 times. More
