Very cold and impersonal. Car had such a small amount of fuel after I bought it the low fuel light went on in the car before I even made it home. I was told every car dealership at least gives you a full tank of gas in the minimum! I was offered nothing but the bare minimum, and with a take it or leave it attitude. Then problems started with the car after only two weeks. They “fixed” the problem only to create another. Rich was warm and accommodating but unfortunately we didn’t get to deal with him much. It was mostly James, and James, I’m sorry but I have no thanks to give. You didn’t seem to care anyway so I’m sure this rating won’t bother you either. Thanks for nothing. And also I want to point out that the sales manager was probably the WORST person to be in a position like that, his attitude and approach were warm at first but got real cold real quick when we asked more questions! These guys don’t want to be here selling cars they’re all miserable. You’ll see- or prevent yourself the disappointment and DONT, because you will leave there very disappointed. Purchased a vehicle, overall very friendly people, did the absolute basic required by law to sell. However, they don’t stand by their word, they mix words and they are a typical scam of a dealership. I was given a 30 day pass inspection or we will repair it- they knew after multiple conversations that my car would be registered out of state i was told it was a guarantee across the board- total lie. Not only was the car not “good to go- needs nothing” Less than a week after purchase, my car needed over $4000 in repairs to pass inspection in PA. (brakes, rotors, wheels, tires, suspension xxxxx, passenger window motor, serpentine belt, ac belt, etc…). They offered to replace the break pads if i drove all the way back, nothing else, despite it not being safe to drive. Absolutely poor customer service. Will not return and will encourage others to do business elsewhere More
